Our water softener stopped working after about a year of having it installed. And of coarse, the warranty was already up.  I called Oakridge and Dan came by that afternoon to test the water for free to ensure the old one wasn't working.  We got him to come back and install a new Excalibur Chlorasoft water softener with a lifetime warranty and it is working great!

We have never had a dishwasher before and Taylor showed us which cabinet we could remove to have one installed. We managed to get it out so that Taylor could install our new dishwasher.  He was able to connect to the piping under the sink and it was up and running in less than an hour.
